Process

From idea to launch.

Six stages, in order, with a clear deliverable at the end of each. You always know which stage we are in and what comes next.

Discover

Understand the business, goals and problems.

We start with how the business actually runs today — what takes too long, what gets forgotten, and where customers drop off. No solution is proposed until the problem is clear.

What you get

  • Discovery call
  • Current workflow map
  • Problem definition
02Stage 2 of 6

Plan

Define the solution, scope and timeline.

We agree what gets built, what it costs, and when it lands. Anything out of scope is written down as out of scope, so there are no surprises later.

What you get

  • Proposal
  • Scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones

Design

Create the user experience and visual direction.

Structure before decoration. We lay out the journey a customer takes, then give it a visual direction that fits the business rather than a trend.

What you get

  • Sitemap and user flow
  • Visual direction
  • Key screen designs

Build

Develop the website, system or automation.

Development happens in visible stages. You see working pages and running workflows as they are completed, not only at the end.

What you get

  • Working build on a preview URL
  • Automation workflows
  • Progress checkpoints

Launch

Test, deploy and make everything ready for customers.

We test the paths that matter — booking, submitting, paying — on real devices, then deploy with domains, email and analytics configured properly.

What you get

  • Testing across devices
  • Domain, DNS and email setup
  • Analytics and handover

Support

Maintain, monitor and improve the system.

Systems drift. We keep things patched, backed up and monitored, and improve them as the business changes.

What you get

  • Monitoring and backups
  • Maintenance and updates
  • Ongoing improvements

What happens first

It starts with a conversation, not a contract.

Send a project request and you'll get a confirmation immediately. We review the detail, arrange a short discovery call, then send a written proposal. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
